The Assessment already includes 90 days of support. Work With Me is for owners who want me in the build itself, driving implementation directly rather than advising on it.
A good fit when

- —You want one accountable party, not four vendors and a spreadsheet.
Not the right call when
- —You are still deciding whether AI matters — start with the Assessment.
