What we collect
When you create an account or purchase an Assessment, we store your name, email address, company name, role and any phone number you provide. During the assessment itself, we store the inputs you give the assessment agent and the outputs it produces.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare your assessment file, deliver your roadmap, and — only if you continue — to run the later stages of the system. We do not use your inputs to train models, and we do not sell or share your data with vendors.
Who sees it
Abigale Haynes and the OpsClarity assessment system. No third party is given access to your assessment inputs unless you explicitly instruct us to share them (for example, with a vendor you are evaluating).
How long we keep it
Client files are retained for the duration of your engagement and for three years afterwards, so return claims can be checked against baseline. You may request deletion of your file at any time, with the exception of records required for accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly. We will respond within thirty days.
