The Assessment
The Assessment is a one-time diagnostic purchase. It is delivered as account access followed by a guided session and a written report. The fee is stated on the Assessment page and confirmed at checkout before payment is taken.
No guarantee of outcomes
The Assessment produces a readiness score, a roadmap and a baseline. It does not guarantee specific savings, revenue increases, or implementation results — those depend on decisions and execution that follow, which are yours.
Refunds
If you are unable to complete the assessment, a full refund is available within fourteen days of purchase on request. Once the written report has been issued, the assessment is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
Your 90 days
The 90-day period starts when your report is released and is not extended or restarted. Results depend on you acting on the recommendations; if the recommended actions are not taken, results stay as they were at baseline. We do not guarantee outcomes. Free and founding assessments do not include the 90-day support. The 90-day period does not extend the refund window (14-day refund if we have not sent your report yet). Your 90 days include guidance, worksheet reviews and three live calls. Hands-on implementation is a separate engagement.
Retainer engagements
Direct implementation retainers are arranged by application and governed by a separate engagement letter that supersedes these terms for the work it covers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the assessment outputs to misrepresent your business to third parties, or to reproduce the OpsClarity methodology for resale.
Changes
These terms may change; material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
